Below we have listed some of the most common questions we’re asked about what we do and how we do it here at Swan Song.


How can I buy your coffee?

You can buy Swan Song coffee on our online store or one of our retail partners across Greater Manchester.

We make our coffees available as whole beans or ground to your method of choice.

Please state that you wish to have your coffee ground in the special requirements section during the ordering process.

Do you do collections from the Roasting Space?

Yes, we do collections between Monday-Friday 10:00-16:00.

Just place your order online, state in the special requirements section when you plan to stop by and wait for the confirmation email telling you that the coffee is ready to collect.

Everything is roasted to order - so please appreciate if you just turn up. We may not the coffee you want roasted ready to go.


When will my coffee be roasted?

Wholesale orders are all roasted on Monday and Tuesday. Delivered on Wednesday.

We roast all online retail orders on Tuesday, Wednesday afternoon and Thursday.

All orders must placed before 11:00 am of the respective roast day.

Orders are all shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 / 48 within the UK.

International Shipping is available.


When will my coffee arrive?

If you live in the UK and selected our standard rate your coffee will arrive within 2 business days of you receiving the shipping notification from us.

We use Royal Mail for all UK online Mail Orders offering Standard delivery of 2-3 days or the Next Day (1-2Days)

We cannot be held responsible for any delays relating to issues with the courier.

We will always endeveour to help if anything goes missing.

Outside the UK Depending on your region our beans will be with you in between 7 and 10 business days delivered via DPD or UPS depending on who is offering the best rate to your country/region.



What kind of roasts do you do? Light roast, medium roast, espresso, filter etc.

Our roast entirely depends on the coffee itself.

Every coffee is different and requires a unique approach.

Espresso, Omni & Filter are how we categorize our roasting approaches.
