The V60 is one of our favourite brewing methods. Not only is it easy to use (and clean up!), it also makes an absolutely fantastic cup of coffee. The spiralled indentations in the dripper agitate the grounds and the 60º angle creates a flow to the centre, extending the water-coffee contact time.
