We work incredibly hard to make sure our coffee is always excellent and to achieve this you need reliable well crafted equipment to produce consistent results in the cup. Before roasting we spent every day as a freelance barista trainer. All our training is hosted by Josh Wilson, our director and head roaster. With 10 years experience working in various roles in specialty coffee. An SCA Authorised Speciality Trainer and a previous finalist in the SCA UK Brewers Cup in 2019 placing 2nd. Latte art, espresso, filter coffee, green coffee, equipment and roasting, We can assist you with all these and are happy to do what we can to give you the training you want.
