Below we have listed some of the most common questions we’re asked about what we do and how we do it here at Swan Song.


How can I buy your coffee?

You can buy Swan Song coffee on our online store or one of our retail partners. We make our coffees available as whole beans or ground to your method of choice. If you’re buying beans you can buy coffee roasted for your brew method of choice: filter or espresso.

All our coffees are available to buy as an ongoing subscription or as a one-off transaction.


When will my coffee be roasted?

If you’ve ordered beans your coffee will be roasted on our next roast day.

We roast retail orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday every week.

All orders will be placed before 09:00am of the respective roast day.

Orders are shipped the next day by the courier after being freshly roasted for you.


When will my coffee arrive?

If you live in the UK and selected our standard rate your coffee will arrive within 2 business days of you receiving the shipping notification from us. We use Hermes for all Uk Online Mail Orders offering Standard delivery 2-3 days or Next Day (1-2Days)

If you live outside the UK your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Standard International and are expected to arrive in between 5 and 7 business days.

Beans: If you've ordered beans, they will be roasted and dispatched on our next roast day, we roast retail orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week.

Once roasted they will be shipped immediately.

Outside the UK Depending on your region our beans will be with you in between 5 and 10 business days delivered via DPD.


When will my coffee subscription ship?

Subscriptions will ship on the anniversary of your first order.

So, if you place your order on the 7th of the month and you’ve selected monthly as the frequency, your subscription will always ship on the date of the month.


How do I redeem a gift subscription?

Simply, If you want to gift a coffee subscription.

Sign up like normal and go through the process. We get in contact with every new subscriber to have a chat about your subscription and make sure it’s exactly how you want it to be. Let us know then and we’ll set it up for you.


How do your subscriptions work and what are the terms?

The Subscription is very easy. You sign up, select a brew method, and roast type you’d like. You also select the frequency of your subscription and the amount of beans you’d like to receive. We will ship your first order as soon as you complete the checkout process. Your subscription will start immediately and subsequent orders will be shipped based on the frequency you select.


How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. But we’d be gutted to see you leave us.



Do you Omni-roast?

Our roast entirely depends on the coffee itself.

Every coffee is different and requires a unique approach.
