The Bistro gooseneck will deliver fantastic results and offer you much more control when pouring that your standard kitchen kettle. It’s stainless steel and has a 1-litre capacity. The Bistro shuts off automatically once it reaches a boil and we’d recommend waiting a minute to let this cool slightly to temperature better suited for coffee. (92-96c).
